Hear me out, you’re out with the homies, chilling at a bar or whatever. You’re wearing jordan reps. At any point, how would anyone know that they’re reps? Besides you knowing you bought reps for 10x less than the resale value. Idk why ppl frown upon this. Retail on these shoes is $150. People are reselling them for $1500. You gotta be crazy to pay that.
some of these details you mentioned actually varies between retail ones as well, they arent the actual check points when verifying due to poor nike QC check from the factories. top batch reps you basically cant tell at all unless checking the bottom if the insoles and the stamp on the box. its all just placebo effect
Be good to say what batch the reps are, you should ensure you are getting the best batch for each shoe for fairness of comparison.

I wear and own a combination of retail and REP shoes. If I don't win retail pairs I just buy REP as the difference isn't big enough to justify paying resell IMO. £1000 for authentic vs £100 for the best batch (ZOK) no brainer personally.

I watched this video to see how good my reps are 😂. Well, they are pretty good, they fixed pretty much all of the flaws mentioned. The only thing slightly off is the red cactus jack text, but no one will ever see that.

They'll most likely have multiple differences, including material, suede movement, colors, UV behaviour, etc. Retails all vary depending on their country of origin. Even the inner cactus jack print differs between retail. Pretty crazy!

You guys are ignoring the fact that the inconsistencies on the retails are not the same inconveniences with the reps.
Respectively they have their own common flaws. Every rep has it's tell if you study the batches for just a few minutes. It's only these people who buy reps trying to cope that bring these talking points up. There's nothing wrong with buying fakes just stop lying to yourself

I would get either the PK4.0 batch or FK, both are incredible good. So far PK4.0 is the best for Travis Scott lows, but recently i've seen more and more people talking good about the FK batch.

The nike air tag on the tongue is not consistent. I have seen multiple pairs from sneakercons and some have big gaps just like the fake pair. Lol. The stitching on the wings logo is not consistent too and cannot use it for comparison.

Fake ones look more better than orginals. i just order fake ones when i see this. i dont want pay 2k from orginals. if i get so good quality replicas under 50 euros direct to my home. Nowbody see in streets are they orginal or not :) If orginals cost 75 e i buy them direct :)

Interesting video. However, it supposes that there is only one type of high quality fake out there, while there are many, particularly in China and Vietnam. A fake pair I purchased in Vietnam (but made in China) had many of the same features of the authentic pair you show in the video--the sole of the shoe has a sheen to it, the Nike Air logo on the tongue is the same, the stitching over the swoosh on the instep is the same, and even the size tag on the inside is the same. And as you mention, the stitching on the heel in the fakes is actually cleaner and tighter than in the authentic pair. It's actually become almost impossible to know for sure if you're buying real or authentic for the really good replicas. In fact, these sorts of videos provide the replica makers tips for improving their designs.
