Awesome news for mechanical fans that were between fully upgrading an EMEK or getting an 170R and looking for a mechanical frame. Might just get one as a back-up too.

Could’ve just named this the Emek 2, considering an Emek is basically a mechanical Etha 2 but what do I know 😅. Probably because the Emek is such a household name now. Especially in the rental department, why change the game now?
I think it makes sense to name it that’s considering they are releasing the electronic Etha 3.

I guess this is targeted for experienced players, but I still wonder about dropping PALS… some mech events don’t allow electric hoppers and with the smooth shooting you’ll be shaking a regular box quite a lot.

Still great gun, only noticeable differences looks slimmer and quick release bolt, but I'm sure the drivetrain is the same

My emek has every upgrade you could get at the moment so would this be worth buying?

If you were to upgrade a current emek it would cost more than the new Emek 3
PE 3 way sux, you still need Deadlywind valve. And barrel is not really better, yes it is 14 inch, but no one plays stock barrel anyway.
Maybe, if you buy it new, but you can get fully upgraded emek with fle Inception body for about 450 bucks

@@AhmadRiyal getting the pops asa $45, exalt trigger $45, and a $20-40 barrel. I just bought a $25 barrel and changed out the trigger spring with a click pen spring and I'm shooting around 10 bps

Don’t waste your money on modern markers if you can’t afford it. There are so many older markers that you can dominate the field with.
Hell, I would rather get a Spyder Fenix and have money left over to upgrade than this $400 shell of a gun. Planet Eclipse has lost it’s touch over the years and it saddens me.
You are delusional. PE is doing alot for the rec and entry levels players. And shell of a marker? It's one of if not the best mech out there. Get real.
