Somebody should have informed the the Duke and Duchess that regardless of the fact that Tonga is a Pacific Island country, they respect formality. Harry wearing light trousers and a dark shirt with the sleeves rolled up was highly inappropriate. At the very least, he needed to be wearing dark tailored trousers and a white shirt.
