- All signature moves and their victory poses for each of the 240 Digimon in Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth for PS Vita (original Japanese version). I've also included the special attacks of the bosses (mostly Eaters). The Fresh (Baby I) and In-Training (Baby II) don't have unique animations for their signature attack. This does not include the new Digimon added in the English version! (Beelzebumon Blast Mode, Chaosmon, ShineGreymon Burst Mode, etc)

It amazes me how the animations of a 6-year-old game holds up better than the animations of most of the recent Pokemon games

Strange this game didn't have thoses becuse they clearly highered VA's to do the battle grunts so IDK why they didn't have the shout the attack names.

The funny thing about this roster is that it's all the heroes and villains, but few secondary/ neutral/ random digimon. It's like everyone's a protagonist

Actually, the true mistranslation is Table Flip. The video poster got a lot of the dubs wrong.
Thanks so much for making this, everytime i see or heard about this game it made me want it more and more, this is one of my favorite aspect of it, I love how they provided different voices and battle cries for each type of digimon.

Those are the only three armor digimon in this game unfortunately. The Break Up song (as well as most of the anime songs I used in this) are from the Digimon Rumble Arena 1 OST. You could find it on CZcams if you search for it

At first the Japanese voice acting threw me off but it's really charming, and the game would be super weird without it lol
For anyo curious, my current team is mechgaomon, wargrowlmon, and EXveemon(currently replaced by ikaiumon to digivolve)
It'll be beyond nice to play a traditional Digimon RPG again. We lost the rest of the DS games, Adventure PSP, and i guess re:digitize.

I like the use of rumble arena music throughout the video I'm guessing you just added to to change up the music a bit huh? My question is why no Reapermon I mean he was in rumble arena why not this game? Also random but I've been replaying digimon world 3 for the ps1 and this game looks like it will be very close to how that game played. (which is good)

Imperialdramon Paladin Mode, Omnimon, Omnimon Zwart, Belphemon Rage Mode and Lucemon Satan Mode are all classed as Super Ultimates on this game
Flamedramon, Magnamon and Rapidmon Armor are classed as Armor digimon

Deinonychus2 oficialy super ultimate level doesen't exist. its just Ultimate level but they are stronger than normal ultimates,but still being ultimate level

+Marcus Thomas Definitely MarineAngemon. His special move (Ocean Love) removes all negative stats and heals a lot if amount to all party members. You can get him from Palmon or Angemon line (mega).

Beelzemon BM is a now-unobtainable DLC in CS1 and in the main guide in Hacker's Memory. MudFrigimon and Raremon are also in HM. I might be forgetting some more that you're listing that COULD be in HM, but meh. Just meh. Then again, I only know them by the CS and HM names...

I think it's a version of the Tamers JP theme song. I know for sure it was the theme music in Rumble Arena, so it's probably that you remember it from.

So how does capturing (or whatever you want to call it) Digimon in this game work? Will I be able to start with whichever baby/ in training Digimon?
+Ders You start with either Terriermon, Palmon or Hagurumon (your choice), then to get more Digimon you need to go into battle. Every time you find a Digimon you get a percentage of "Scan Data". When the Data of a certain Digimon reaches 100% you can convert that data into the Digimon and add it to your party.
In example: Let's say you encounter an Agumon and it gives you 20%. You stay in the dungeon till you have encountered four more, your data will be 100% and you will be able to get your own Agumon

I'm confused by MetalGarurumon not having Cocytus Breath. That's supposed to be his #1 signature attack, and it's certainly more impressive to look at than Garuru Tomahawk...

A 5 year old game with not that much budget has 240 unique attack animations wihout counting the hit,attack,victory,etc. How is Pokemon struggling to animate a single movement? This is why they always cutted Digimons, in the end it is absurdly impossible to have every single one with the same level of detail. Pokemon digged its own grave thanks to its greed.

Also, if I had one Digimon I wish you could obtain, (and I'm super grateful for the massive amount of Digimon available already) it would be ClavisAngemon, as a.) he looks awesome, and b.) now that Vikemon kind of belongs to Zudomon (which makes more sense anyways) I kind of think it would be cool if they retconned ClavisAngemon as Shakkoumons official Mega.
Jewelbeemon for Stingmon would be cool too, but I don't necessarily need that one as much.
