- Our 30-ish man today decides on getting some platelet rich plasma injections & some dermal fillers with the help of Doctor Sarah Tonks of The Lovely Clinic.
His goal for meeting us is to turn back the clock a little on the impact of the stresses caused by working those long hours.

Dermal fillers have become popular during recent years for their use in famous lip transformations (we're looking at you, Kylie!) More and more people are turning to the injectable for a bit of help looking lovelier, but still remain unaware that they can be utilised all over the face for a subtle, refreshed look.

You are the ONLY Dr who is able to put over 10ml of filler in a man and still keep him natural and make him look genuine younger and not " hello I'm getting older so I got myself pumped" type we see so many times. I would also love to see more of the orbital rim/lids treatments. You are the vizard of fillers!

Wow! Definitely shaved off a few years. He’s an attractive man before and after and I like that none of the work you did changed his features, but only gave him a “refresher”. I need to look into these procedures for myself! Tfs! ☮️

His bone structure is a great foundation to build on. The work here is very natural looking and gives him some nice youthful volume. I am sure his boyfriend is happy with the results.

The only thing that happened that gave me a chill was that really long canula on the area near his ear. I also get a bit nervous about anything near the eyes only because I wouldn't want to get 'poked' in the eye itself. I would imagine it would be something I could get through without difficulty. I especially liked when he spoke of your caring attitude when he got a bit queasy. Sarah, you really do amazing work.

When do you see first results? I just had this done as well 3 days ago and am already amazed. But I’m afraid that the swelling is not fully down yet and that my eyes will go back to normal after that.
The under eyes are the most noticeable.

I guess that's a matter of just personal preference but I don't really like that the shadowy area in the upper eyelid is gone in the after. Eyes that appear more deep set are sexier to me on a guy, but again thats just me. Everything else looks spot on!

I think he looked better before. Before, he looked more angular and masculine, and his eyes were larger. After treatment, his eyes look smaller (probably from filler in cheek pushing up) and there’s an overall softness which looks more feminine.

I would assume most medical professionals would prefer people not do these types of treatments at home . But . For the people out there that are going to do what they are going to do regardless it is pretty interesting content to see somebody do injectables on themselves at home . Idk if I have ever seen a video of a doctor or trained medical professional self injecting / talking through the process

Question have you ever had a patient that you did PRP injection every month? Just curious because I was getting PRP injection every month and I became sick my immune system became weak ..it was so addictive how young it make you look..
I'm curious to know how his brow looks lifted after the procedure if only the eye hollow was filled.

How do you stop younger patients from looking older with filler? I've seen teenagers that look like they're in their 30's after filler. Is it down to technique or not over stuffing the face? x

hey Dr Tonks, an aesthetic doctor I saw proposed to fill my hollow below-brow/upper eye lid areas using Juverderm Volite (yes you saw right, skin booster Volite)); does this make any sense? Is it dangerous?

The before and after photos don’t show much of a difference
Way too much money spent on trivial outcome. More PRF under eyes I would say. Other than the eyes, a whole lotta money unnecessarily spent - in my humble opinion
IMHO he looks younger but he doesn't look better...
He has a very weak stomach for a vet.
