    Elevation it means height ng taas ng tubo sa ginagawa kaya gumamit ng 45 degree elbow para makuha ang opsite kasi Hindi nga same ang height ng tubo common since nalang sa nakaintindi.yung nagcomment na mali sila ang bobo but me i understand thanks sir

    sir i have a doubt in the second calculation , here shows the elev dfrnc only 500 mm,14 inch 90°elb center is 533.4 , then hw its possible sir..

    Sir, you have good computations in finding travel. But, i think you forgot something while computing your spool. Because, in piping and fabrication, we must never forget to minus our welding gap of 3 mm, because remember that we have 2 fittings or take-off to be weld. The formula should be:
    SPL = Tr-TO1-TO2-WG1-WG2
    SPL = 1,824.06-189.6-189.6-3-3 , SPL=1,438.86

    Sir ask lng aq kng ang size po ng pipe ay d magkakatulad at naka 45 elbow preho po b ng formula na ginagamit un pong 15.8
    At sa 90 elbow po ay 1.5 salamat po

    Sa 14" 90° elbow, mas mahaba pa yung spool 1,066.8 mm. kaysa sa 500 EL. Mawawala na sa elevation, alin sa dalawa yung 4000 o 3500 kasi mahaba ang spool

    sir sa 90° short radius ba yan? kasi pag long radius mas mahaba pa ang spl kai sa travel.

    heloo sir I am Rafaqat from Saudi Arabia I watch all kind of your video and I learned many thing wich is not in my knowledge cary on. sir I want to know some thing its not about pipe but related with structure I didn't found any thing about this on internet. my Question is how can we cut a plate from corner with radius or dgree I hope you will update

    Why pipe size 12'' elbow 45 deg =15.8*12? I don't know 15.8 where?

      T:O 45 degrees= 15.8

      lets put it this way 15.8 is the constant for 45° elbow I have an idea where is 15.8 came from . For now just follow multiply the 15.8 mm to all sizes elbow and the result is the final TO trust me you never get wrong.

    Parang mali yata doon sa el. ng 90 deg. 4000 - 2500 db ddapat eh 1500 ang difference. bkt 500 lng.

      Elevation is the height of each pipe. Just peasure in between the two. This guys an idiot. Deduct from highest elevation. That is your travel.

    short kp ng 566.8 s spool m dahil 500 lng ung tira ng spool tps ung take off ng 14" 90 deg elbow 533.4 x 2=1,066.8.

      Pag 14" na ang elbow di muna pwd gamitan ng 38.1...sa 12" pababa lang yun...hnd ntn alam kung yung elbow nya eh short radius or long radius..at yung elevation ng question number 2 base sa diameter na 14" kung ggmitan mo ng 14" na 90 deg elbow maxado na maliit pra sa spolling...

      Ang 1.414 eh ginagamit sa pagkuha ng travel pag pareho ang set at run...1.414 is a formula..
      Ang 15.8 nmn eh formula sa pagkuha ng take off ng 45% elbow..
      Para mas malinawan ka pagaralan mo boss pythagorian theorem..

    pag 14" na ang laki di mo pwd gmitin 38.1 ...pag 12" pababa pwd pa..
    Tpos miminus mo sa travel 500? Malaki pa takeoff ng fittings kesa spooling boss..
    Pakidouble check ng diameter ng question number 2 mo or elevation...saka boss sa spolling dagdag ko lng dpat magkaron xa ng minus sa gap diba?...

    Boss short ka mali2 ang mga given numbers mo boss sore ha kc d na mn e minus ung take off ng elbow sa given numbers mo sa vertical.
