Roy in my absolute opinion is actually underrated. Yes his sword isn't the longest, but from what I heard from a good Roy main is that Roy almost has a similar playstyle to Captain Falcon. For people who thinks he only has power, think again. He has ridiculous combos that sometimes if you get caught in can lead to death. Also he has good frame data and has high mobility. Yes his recovery is gimpable, but look at Cloud's. His Up-B is has armor in which it can be a safe kill option at high percents.
