Found you through the Boundaries DILM review which made me sub. Now you’re doing, PTW! Might be my favorite band ever. What’s crazy is, Jeff the vocalist, does both harsh and cleans. Master at both. Kinda full circle for me cuz I feel PTW birthed Boundaries… and Foreign Hands, my 2 favorite bands going rn. FH does have a new album that just dropped… hint hint
Love this style dude. Another amazing album from this time to check out would be Misery Signals-Of Malice and Magnum Heart, from 2004. Extremely important and influential album in the prog metalcore scene
Of Malice is easily top 3 metalcore album of all time imo
Hell yes. I heard this album in 2001 when I was 13 and it immediately got me off nu-metal into the hardcore/metalcore scene. A new band called Foreign Hands is like at updated version of early Poison the Well and worth checking out.
new Foreign Hands album is fucking incredible
Gotta check this out. Been listening to a lot of 90s metalcore lately.
I have Converge's 3rd album from 1998 that I am checking out tonight, will maybe do this next, or after the 2 Vision Of Disorder albums released in the 90s
Petitioning The Empty Sky, my dude…if you haven’t already. And if you go for WFCC, make sure you get the remaster; Steve Austin’s production is amazing for Today is the Day, but hot trash on anything else. Jane Doe is comically overrated garbage and I will die on that hill. You Fail Me >>>
Actually, I had Jacob do PTES on stream but it never made it to YT or even Patreon, same with Amenra now that I think about it…
@@helm_108 Did that last night. Mostly. That first song was so good. That one is definitely making the playlist (and it was the OG one, not the remaster)
@@indicainkfor PTES, either is fine but I prefer the original mix. The Saddest Day is a classic. Amazing song and they still close with it to this day. For the remaster, you want that for When Forever Comes Crashing because the original Steve Austin mix was notoriously awful
gotta do Tears from the Red now
Shai hulud albums next
