In my personal experience, They provide really good service and also their behaviour was very good and kind, and they tell you all the process that's what I personally liked.

Seriously bohot fayda hone wala hai vivo ko is collab se.. Main vivo ke phones nahi use karta.. But kuch baatein seriously achchi lagi.. Sabhi ko implement karna chahiye.. Like service day.. Wednesday extended timings.. Snacks coffee wagera.. Itna toh customer deserve bhi karta hi hai.. Anyhow thanks Rakesh bhai.. for good contents.. Like always. ❤❤

2 days ago I visited Iqoo Vivo service center and yes it was amazing.... My phone was not in warranty despite they changed motherboard of my phone costing 26500/- free of cost ..

I don't understand the ideology behind the service day, as it is something users are not knowing from the start. Maybe it is to divert the customers to the specific days but I can't guess the reason.
Previously I have a vivo Y series smart phone, it's having some speaker issue. Service center fixed the issue with an hour and it's nice experience. Now I have upgraded to vivo premium midrange phone and damm phone have no blotware every month security update time to time .

Vivo's service center facility is very nice.. i visited the service center a year ago , i don't have to wait for a long time , i have folder issue on my phone. They cleared everything with me and repaired my phone in about 2 hours and called me after 10 days to ask me how my phone is working and am i satisfied with the service.
Edit - but not their UI , they still need to work on it.

Hi, I am from Buxar, Bihar. 7 days before I broke my screen of my v27pro by mistake. I called the service center. They gave all the information and I took appointment. I reached they told me it will cost around ₹8789 and 45mins to replace the screen. I waited in the lobby meanwhile they offered water n coffee. While my phone was being repaired I was going through magazines. I got 90 days warranty on my screen. Over all I had a very pleasant experience with vivo service centre. ❤❤ Thanks Rakesh bhai.

That's real guys , Let me share my story with vivo service, once i went there to replace my phone's combo and the manager said come tomorrow cus there's labour holiday on Saturday's so you'll have to just pay for the spare part not the labour and the price went down 360 rs so I'll say there very helpful ❤

I am a Vivo Z1 Pro user and i must say that Vivo Service Center is the best compared to any other brand. There phones maybe good or bad or overpriced, but there service centre service is very very good.

It depends on region . In my region Samsung and Vivo are the only 2 companies who give any true service . I have visited redmi/xiaomi centre before and the experience was shit . Took 3 months and 4000 /- to repair dead camera of xiaomi 11 lite NE.
Same, I m also using z1pro, after 1 year of purchase audio in my earphones started getting distorted, they cleaned it for free. My device was not even in warranty

Vivo's service is really very good , I had a iqoo z3 and I accidentally dropped in it tea and they just replaced my phone , it was in warrenty though

I visited two times vivo service center in my city for screen guard change.. They provided me free of cost screen guard 2 time.. As i am using x80 pro flagship... But i think after releasing x90 series they might be stop such services for x80 series smartphones.. Otherwise good service center compare to all other android brands... Rakeshbhai ek baat aap humari vivo software team ko pahuchaye k please upgrade funtouch OS as soon as possible.. Very old and very limited functions in OS..

@@GyanTherapy this reminds me of a good youtuber (IMHO) named "Teaching Tech" . he literally has published his review policy on his site and any brand or person want to approach they need to comply those policies. He is not a very huge channel owner as compared to other youtubers but yes he did set a great example. Usually i have seen people outside do respect transparency and privacy. India is a bit behind in terms of such attitude towards wellbeing of society. Implicit thinking and application is next to none now a days . The brands, businesses or people of any sort usually has a mindset of "When it happens, it happens and will be called accident".
I have visited vivo center 3 times n the service is fast and staff behavior is good. I didn't know about service day n i recently visited on 2nd saturday for purchasing usb cable but they didn't mentioned anything about free back cover, Screen guard or cleaning or 10% off on accessories they said that usb cable is not available and specifically told me to come on monday which is not service day and so i puchased on 26 june n didn't get 10% off though the service is really great 😊but not providing any service days offers.😅
