Rice toh precook nahin bante..... Agli videos mai iske upar banaungi ki kaise aap kafi saari items pre preparation kar ke rakh sakte hain.

Very tough to manage them
Employees ko train karna mushkil kaam toh hai, but bina expectations ke yeh regular karna padta hai. Mein koshish karti hun mere paas kam experience wala helper aye, phir unko lagatar sikhati rehti hun, bas 2-4 mahine baad woh seekh ke chale jata hai, aur koi naya helper ajata hai.

I rely upon my own delivery network. For regular nearby orders I have employed one and for distant orders I use platforms like Swiggy genie or lot of other options are available these days.

Sun ke bahut achha lagta hai, jab koi meri behan apni kitchen kholne ke liye inspire ho jati hai.
Jab maine shuru kiya tha toh mujhe bilkul knowledge nai thi. Parmatma ne hi meri kadam kadam pe help ki aur karte hi ja raha hai.
Kyonki jab bhi koi cheez mujhe samajh nai aati thi toh mein puchne mein kabhi sankoch nai karti thi.
Aapko ek story batati hun. Ek baar hamari family kisi restaurant mein dinner karne gaye, wahan ke chef hamein puchne agaye ki apko khana kaisa laga. Mein unse apni problems share karne lag gai, unhone mujhe sabhi problems ka solution diya. Aaj woh mere sabse bade mentor hai, mere paas koi bhi sawal hota hai main unse puchh leti hun.
Bas aap shuruaat kijiye, aapko help karne wale milte rahenge. Pehla kadam toh aapko hi uthana hai.

Humara hai Zomato/Swiggy pe, but hum bahut kam business karte hain in pe just 10%. Koi aapse 30-35% commission le jaye aur phir bole 20-50% discounts do, aur paise do taa ki aapka restaurant promote kare, nai toh aapko orders nai ayenge. Aap kya bacha lo ge, inke saath kaam kar ke. Phir customer ke saath koi direct connect nahi banta. Kisi bhi business ke long term survival ke liye apna customer hona bahut hi zyada important hota hai.

Great! You are doing a good job. You can prepare certain number of pizza bases which should be 30% baked. Keep them wrapped and store them in refrigerator below 2 degree. Shelf life can be 3 to 4 days.
Thanks a lot mam for reply, but in my advertisement I told that we bake fresh pizzas to aaisa kaise chalega.
Aaisi koi fast proofing ki tequniqe hai kya ki dough jaldi se rise ho jaye within 10 min.🤔🤔

Pervaiz ji, In kitchen business, pilferage is in various forms, like raw material, cash, cooked items, man working hours etc. I faced them all in different times with different set of employees. Every time I applied some kind of system to keep check on these, the employees who were doing it left the job and new employees entered into better system. Slowly and gradually, I have a very simplified and robust system with minimal wastages.
