- Tonight on VG Myths: we return to and attempt to earn as many Cat Shines as possible in the Jumpless challenge of Bowser's Fury, the new campaign added to the Nintendo Switch port of Super Mario 3D World.

Was anyone else really disappointed by how they were stopped TWO SHINES SHORT of full completion
Yeah but its still quite an achievement that the only two they couldn't get were Plessie courses that require jumps and have time limits. If anyone ever cracks them though we're in for a treat.

The fact is that they may still be do-able if we find a jump replacement with Plessie. How likely is it? Not too likely, but never say never; after all, BitFS is technically doable x0 A-presses thanks to someone who fell asleep running the game on virtual console, and considering how about this expansion really like to have you just sit down and sip a latte, who knows if we'll see any sleep-based strats arise?

I WAS ABLE TO GET THE ARENA SHINE WITHOUT A KOOPA SHELL! The button you use to activate the shine will propel you into the air if you run at it. By using a tanooki suit you can then hover, bounce on budger (make him constantly ground pound to keep him in place), and collect the shine.
Ah, our queen is back to school us on winning games while minimizing the amount of quick movements done to receive upwards momentum without climbing or such
