that sax sounds like a fucking arpeggiator; wicked
Colin Stetson makes all the sounds I'd dream to do if I played sax.
WHEN DOES HE BREATHE
i think he uses something called circular breathing, he breathes in and out simultaneously, crazy woodwind technique
+sardinerecipe b
keixoun brass players use it too. I've seen Wynton do it in several videos
I was listening to this while walking against the wind at night yesterday, and it felt fucking fantastic to be alive.
Astonishing how the sax just melts into weeping. So much emotion there. WHO HURT THIS MAN?!?!
life
Cool, im glad im not the only one that cried.
colin stetson with the circular breathing damn
Some say he is still blowing to this day
Having Colin Stetson at your birthday party would be great because he would be able to blow up all of the balloons in one breath.
Circle breathing 'da balloons
For me, the best part of the song is when the chills begin to run through my entire body
A full collab album with Colin stetson and BBNG would be godly.
YAAAASSS
This may be one of the best BBNG songs in existence and its only available on this youtube video :(
at the moment this is my favorite

ikr
Its out on apple music and spotify now! Its called confessions, pt. III
Dude, Thank you so much.
THIS is a prayer not simply a song
straight up. akin to pharoah and coltranes spiritual period.
Prayer? I think i't more like a scream, a catarsis, a crying soul
That right there, my friend, is what I call circular breathing. Damn...
These dudes are burning with such intensity in a creative furnace
There are precisely 7 people on this planet that need to be sat down and talked to.
28 heads for now.
46 now
It's on their soundcloud now called confessions pt III in case you missed it
This sound as if Philip Glass compose Jazz. So good!
MANNNNNNNNN...this wouldve ended the album sooooo well. Really hope this at least gets released on 7" for the vinyl heads
These guys are insanely good
damn i wonder why was this left off the album. this is fuckin awesome
They'll most likely play it live though

I was thinking the same thing. It would have fantastic as the album closing track.
It there a name for this track? It's so amazing!
GAH! Those arpeggios made me hyperventilate.
Im so happy i chose to discover music beyond radio hits and big labels. If you dig enough under ground you are sure to find gems
theherbpuffer Ik... I'm sick and tired of everyone complaining music is dead
You’ll also find complete garbage
True, suggest me some hidden gems
Classy Man Louis Cole
Checkout arigto
That was fucking insane
I just can't get enough of this song, fucking love it.
So in love with this. I play it before, during and after work...eloquently summarizes my life on a daily. Thank you
The number of thumbs up I want to give this cannot be accurately portrayed on this page what an injustice. Amazing
I am coming back for the thousandth time, great stuff!
Wow. Amazing saxophone playing from Leland Whitty
Leland's doing the improvised parts. Colin Stetson is doing the arpeggiations
for real. lelands playing on this is so thoughtful.
Thank you for releasing this as a single! It's been out for over a year and I still keep coming back to it. If you dig this, check out the album 'All This I Do For Glory', mind blowing ensues..
every player knows his exact role. and brings exactly what the composition needs.
how is this not on the album tho....
i guess it wouldn't really fit into the album stylistically. this is like a really grand slow burner.
way too many augmented chords hahaha they play stuff like that during their live shows though!
I wish they would release this song fully mastered though.
T.Park Damn, I wish they would release the whole album mixed like this haha. I love that crisp live sound
!!
Stetson's a got dang wind machine
killing video edit as well. fits the music.
release this as a single or on an EP lads, come on
Pathetically.Awesome they already released

This is so so beautiful, thank you bbng and Colin
And this is why Colin Stetson is a sax god. He was able to continue that arg at breakneck speed for 5 minutes straight jeeeeezus....
That saxofonist must be nice at blowing balloons.. :0
blow jobs don't involve blowing. Its actually more sucking than anything
BenjerminGaye
thank you for explaining felation to someone who just wanted to make a joke
legosheet no problem. Wouldn't want unknowing females to get the wrong idea and start blowing on dicks, like birthday candles.

Best track of 2016.
I am crying
Sax player can keep time better than most drummers. This is a different level. Dude has talent. As a sax player even if I could finger all the notes correctly no way could I do bar after bar like he does in this song.
DUDES THIS IS ON SPOTIFY!!! Confessions Pt III
Can you adopt us? We want to live in your basement... we want to live in your heads.
