Hey for Raw Banana flour roti, boil water of the same quantity as flour eg for 1 cup of flour take 1 cup or slightly less water. Then slowly add Banana flour to it keep it closed for few minutes. Knead say after 5mins then make rotis. It will be a lot easier that ways.

You can soak thd almonds in boiling hot water for like 5 mins and the skin peele off so easily. Dont leavs it for longer than that as the skin gets stuck back idkk

one quick tip for peeling almonds. just boil the almonds for a minute or two before peeling, the peeel comes off without much effort. you will be done peeling a cup of almonds in 3-4 minutes

Try Somatheeram in Kerala! You’d love it! Me and family hated the food because we’re spoilt but my sister loved it cause she’s health conscious. But it’s super super therapeutic. Beach side, beautiful infinity pool, huge ass property, massages were average tbh. But crazy gooood.
