Gotcha!..so this is a custom made water pump hose cover, it will be built by the designer of this product. That makes sense.
I thought this was sold as an aftermarket item which could be purchased at your local Harley dealer (or JP Cycles, etc...), or something.
The designer/builder and seller of this item is the gentleman in the video, Darryl Scherbarth. That cleared up much confusion on my end.
    Thanks Darryl
    Overall...sharp cover , I love the design.
    Take care

I was out riding over the last weekend and seen some orange antifreeze on may frame and on the chrome vertical cover and I can't see where it is coming from. I tightend all of the hose clamps, but not sure what caused the leak? Do you have an idea of what might be going on? Thanks

I can build you a Finned Rad. Hose Cover they are $230.00 each. My Flux capacitor are still in testing stage. I will not sell anything that has not been run in all condition. But by next season it should be up.

I think it is ridiculous to do a modification like this that is really strictly cosmetic -- offers absolutely no performance benefits to this functionally beautiful performance machine. After all, it isn't your usual Harley-Davidson prone to silly chrome skulls that light up and such things. Right? Since the coolant never "touches" the metal in the finned cover there is very little cooling benefit (if any) and you are adding some additional weight too. Since performance is partly a factor of weight vs. torque (or Horsepower) adding this weight reduces the performance of this machine by some calculable degree.
V-Rods don't generally have any cooling issues anyway -- the cooling system is way over-engineered for this bike. It can idle for hours in 100F+ heat with no air flow (no forward movement).
I believe it is always best to break each bolt free and loosen them up in a "star pattern" (reverse of torque pattern) to ensure you don't warp the cover water pump cover. Just good practice to always follow. Also, EVERYTHING on this bike has a torque specification -- if you don't follow it then there are problems in that bike's future (gasket leakage, warped water pump cover, cracked cover, etc.).

Jay D. Anderson yo got issues sir. I suggest you don’t install this on your bike it might slow it down a whole bunch. This is completely cosmetic and that’s all there’s to it. We are always looking for fu ways to make our toys look better. You sound really silly to be honest

Must be a chopper man. ;) I mean, if all you care about is performance, why keep paint on your bike or use any chrome at all?
