- Is it a turn on and go metal detector? Right out of the box to the beach. Big results for the Nokta Simplex Ultra on salty mineralized sand found here on the North Sea in Essex UK. This is the first beach hunt for me using this new detector, the results are genuine and un biased. It is what it is and that's how I call it. This is merely a first go with the machine and a test to determine marginally if it can handle my particular beach conditions.
Disclaimer: Your beach may differ in mineralization and my settings may not work for you. Always adjust your settings to the sand or dirt you are detecting on. Use others settings as a guide, allowing for adjustments.

its a shops security device, tightens on bottles etc incase no one answered, sounds an alarm if broken

Looked like you had to run 14 for sens there hard to see with the resolution. Didn’t sound quiet to me sounded just like my old Simplex
13:11 ? running at low tide. Salt sand dead quiet. Not sure where you hear anything here. And the sens was 24 not 14. It is the 1st trip box to beach. its all adjustable still.
@@DirtDiggersUK when you first hit the water it was chatty what I’m taking about I know that sound all too familiar with my Simplex I beach detected with in High mineral black sand and salt here in Virginia . What frequency does Nokta use for its beach mode on this ? The Minelab XterraPro I got for my 600 back up uses 8khz for beach mode works perfectly in the water . Does the simplex plus tell you what frequency it’s using ? I know the original one was 12 kHz
@@ifindmetal low freq penetrates the ground easier and goes deeper than high freq.

Yes I heard that chatting with the Simplex Ultra and that's why I got rid of the Simplex + and I also got a email from Notka Macro Product's that they have no more Updates for the Simplex + to Solve the Chatty and The EMI Problem's that it's having and I have a few permissions and Parks that I can't even go to with the Simplex because of the High EMI Magnet Detector that is the Simplex and that's why I NOW have the X-Terra Pro and I can get back to the permission and Parks that I couldn't do anything with the Simplex + and their problem solver said that I need to do a frequency shift and didn't solve the problem and that's only 3 channels shift to hopefully get rid of the EMI and dysfunctional Simplex and I have NOW the X-Terra Pro and No MORE Problem's with the Simplex. Cause I'm not going to be using it anymore..... and the X-Terra Pro is the best and I ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ it....... and has more features and I'm not stuck with the sick Duck Tone's that will hurt your Ears after ALOT of target's and hours of Detecting.....
