One of the best looking properties on Airport Road. However , literally everyone living in the Riverdale complains about electricity supply to the society. Went there to have a look but every single resident told me that their supplier (who lives in Patiala) charged them 60k for a new meter or something and is now asking for more money. Same with their water supply , don't know why the builder is not intervening in the matter. Would love to buy a property there if they fix these issues as they dent the overall image of the builder.

Anythjng from 75-85 lakhs in zirakpur. Its all about meeting the right people and getting the right property. There s one coming up at every turn of Zirakpur. Choices are so much that one cant decide... you ll hv to do a survey. Getting a flat in any posh society comes with added cost of maintennance annually. Better to get a ready to move Villa or cottage.
