Morehead City Grouper Fishing

My brother lives in Wilmington and has been telling me I need to head down that way for some winter grouper fishing. Got a mid week weather window and drove down for what ended up being a pretty killer day of bottom fishing! The water was rough but the fish were biting. Fun day of fishing, enjoy the video.

You fishing with one of the new speedmasters? We troll and kite fish with them and I hate the lack of free spool on those reels other than that they’re great for the $. I much prefer the talica 25s over the speedmasters but we don’t bring the talicas unless we know the customers have experience fishing.
