    Semolina 2 kg
    baking temperature 150c(300 f) 1.5 hours
    160c (325f) 1 hour
    (baking time varies from oven to oven)

    Marzipan icing(Almond icing)
    Cahewnut powder 500g
    Almond powder 500g
    Icing sugar 2kg
    Almond essence 2 tsp
    Brandy 2tbsp
