- Oldfrostig was shocked to see Kingpin trying to prevent Spider-Man from entering Saturdays Comic-con in Birmingham NEC. The big oath was certainly throwing his weight around, as well as Spidey. You will need to watch to the end to see who comes out on top of this epic battle.

Yep we really enjoyed it, will be at Mega con later this month.
We enjoyed the London one, however, all the stalls, guests etc were in the same area at Birmingham whereas there were lots of different sections at the Excel. The Excel did have a large green outside where everyone could chill, take photos etc which was nice. The main advantage of the Birmingham show from my point of view was it was cheaper to get too e.g plenty of parking, cheaper hotels etc. Mind you we only attended on the Friday in London and I believe there was a bit of a fiasco over the weekend with people going out to the fore mentioned green having to go to the back of the entrance queue to get back in the venue which resulted in extremely long waits. That wasn’t the case on the Friday. So while I wouldn’t say London was a shitshow if I had to choose one it would be Birmingham for me. And I live much closer to London!

We were there on Sunday as well and have posted a video of it so you might find yourself there. We had a great day. Unfortunately it was a long drive home after but well worth it for what turned out to be a fantastic weekend. Thanks for watching and hope to see you at another event.

You must have spent ages on that costume with attention paid to every detail. You really looked the part. If Benedict Cumberbatch ever gives up the roll Marvel need look no further for a replacement.

I was an exhibiting artist in the Artist Alley so didn't get to leave my table much of the time ... kinda nice to see this video and see what else was going on over these 3 days.

I cosplayed as blackwidow on friday, belle on Saturday and kenma on sunday! This con was so much fun!! Idk if it was because i couldnt wear my glasses with any of my characters this time but it definitely felt bigger than past cons at the nec, it was hard to see everything!
Wow, 3 different characters. I’m sure we would have walked past you at some point. I’d never been to the NEC before so can’t compare but it was definitely big in there and Saturday was exceptionally busy. It was lovely seeing everyone having such a great time.

Hardly anyone on most of the main floor, yet your video starts with thousands of people stuck behind metal barriers? What6 the feck was going on in there? It looked like disorganised chaos.
People are waiting behind barriers for the event to open. The main floor filled up and got busier as the day went on.
