  • I have received numerous requests to create this video because there are a lot of students who are confused when selecting the RIGHT SCHOOLS to align with their goals in Canada. It really saddened me, as I spoke to some who have already paid the tuition fee (apparently not refundable) or are worst about to graduate when they realize that their program and school is not actually going to allow them to work after graduation.

    Thanks for sharing this crucial information. I am planning for 1 year commercial helicopter pilot course in Canada and my DLI also offers PGWP. However, I am confused if I will be able to bring my spouse on Open Work Permit during my study ? Thanks and looking forward for the input :)

      Actually, I heard about this as well on my private group, some did not get the owp because they went to the private school, reason I did not mention in my video is not clear to me as to why they wont issue the permit for dependent, unless the private school is non dli which makes sense. Try to ask fellow students in that school who have successfully brought their family with them, those are the only one you can trust and reliable source too, because some agents or people wont care about it, or if the school has immigration consultant that would be another way to verify! Find a living proof!

    Hi Ms. MC,
    I have been watching your content since then. I'd like to ask about the transfer credit of course/subject in taking the same program in canada to the degree you finished in Ph. If the school credits/honor your some subject in ph, does it mean that you will not take the courses under that program? or you still have to take the course/subject under the program regardless it is granted for credit transfer. Thank you Ms. MC

    Quick question
    I was watching your other video on visa refusal. I have an associate degree in accounting I know the best option would be to apply for a bachelors degree in canada but the degrees are expensive but only that I would like to specialize in the finance field more specifically financial planning. I wish to apply for an advance diploma in financial planning. Do you think this could cause visa refusal. Thanks for your feedback in advance.

I am currently a Gr. 12 student here in Phillipines and wants to study at NSCC Akerley Campus and take Culinary Management. Private schools are not legitimate. It’s everywhere and here in Singapore too. Guys don’t very apply to private schools. They’re only interested in your money and you will find much much harder to get jobs after your graduation.

    • @studyliveexploreca
      @studyliveexploreca  Pƙed 2 lety +1

      I can’t speak on the quality of education of private schools in Canada since I am a graduate of publicly funded, but the top rank universities and colleges in Canada are mostly publicly funded, so if I would advise which school to go, and engage with, I will navigate the students to the best ones only! Sadly, Some people are only motivated by school commissions, and not in the best interest of the students!

    • @kyawhtethein5263
      @kyawhtethein5263 Pƙed 2 lety

      @@studyliveexploreca yep exactly! They’re partnered with foreign education agencies, which will force international students of a foreign to join the school they’re partnered with so that they get commissions in return. I am originally from Myanmar and I joined the education consultant to study in Singapore and the consultancy forced me to study in a shitty private school which will land me no job in the future three years ago and let me tell you it took me almost two years to get a shitty job which I am doing now in Singapore. So my point is only publicly funded schools are recognised in Almost every country. The worst part is that the government don’t give work permit after graduation
