Andy’s voice is so relaxing. Great voice, great look, and great cuts. She explains herself and explains details that answer your questions.
My favorite barber. She's very good at explaining and leaves great results. I really appreciate the fact that she is very respectful and careful about beards, instead of just trimming for the sake of just trimming.
Andy's method of explanation makes a haircut fascinating.

Just a general comment on all of Andy's videos. I have learned so much from your techniques just from watching a couple of videos. Me and my mother have learned to cut dad's hair using these clipper & shear techniques. Good job!
One of the cleanest, if not the most clean, skin fades I've ever seen on this channel. No lines, no nothing. She's a master at what she does.
Clone her and put her in every barbershop in every town. She does a great cut, great attitude, takes her time and yet moves through the cut... I miss the days of old when a guy could go to the Barbershop hang out, enjoy the cut and the atmosphere.. I wish I had her where I live.. keep up the great work.

How did it go? We cut dad's hair yesterday and it went really well. We've done it for him 4 times already now. A tutorial by Ed the barber on here was great as well but it is especially nice to see the clipperwork and how to hold the fingers when doing a scissor cut (3 fingers = 5 cm and that is the length up top for dad and 2 fingers to the side, and then blend). So easy once you learn the measurements. He doesn't even want to go to his barber again! LOL!

I actually went to hairdressing school and it was SUCH a waste of my time and $$$... the plandemic happened and we ended up learning zoom for the last 2 months... CZcams would have been better!!!
Andi, you are an excellent teacher and barber! One of the few that really explains in detail what you are doing and what to lookout for. So many boring barber videos with barbers explaining nothing or poorly what they are doing. I want to see more of Andi please!

This comment is coming from a retired Barber: You did an awesome job cutting, and also explaining as you went along. I'm originally from Trenton, NJ, just across the Delaware, I went to Philadelphia School of Barbering, (which is no longer there). Good Barbers are hard to find, I owned a 6 chair shop, and had to retrain every barber I hired. Philadelphia Barbers are great. You are definitely a very very good barber/stylist. God Bless.

someone that actually knows the anatomy of the head and how hair grows. barbershops i go to jack up my fades all the time. they dont know how to add texture so it looks natural. they always cut it straight so it looks boxy or rounded. good job andy!

Question from an apprentice, when putting that 0 line in, do you flick the clippers out slightly or just leave them flat and make the line really sharp? Struggling with my grades from the 0 to like the 1. TIA
