If properly cultivated, they will grow taller than a person in a matter of weeks. Only downside is the volume to mill them into the lumber equivalent from a single tree.
Not to mention the irony of having to clear land to make room for more bamboo factories and plantations.

I must agree, bamboo flooring look more attractive than laminated and they are more expensive.

i found out the difference between Japanese chopsticks and Chinese chop sticks( by online shopping in Temu)
Japanese chopsticks are shorter(typically less than 9 inches) and tapered, Chinese chopsticks are longer(typically 9.5' and longer)and the tips(food grabbing ends) are thicker.
Interestingly, some Chinese chopsticks are sold as Japanese style but not the other way.
I prefer Japanese style.
But you may like Chinese style.
