The thing I can’t understand is the connector pins is just gold plated, when its dissolved in acids, gold and other metals are going the the liquid, how its separate? By adding SMBS only gold come out from the solution and other metals are remind in the liquid?

I have over 25 kg HDD main disk ( over 10 year of IT/electronic waste collection ).
these discs contains a small amount of platinum.
according to sreetips you will find 1 gram of platinum from 900 pieces discs

I do like your videos, but, 2.5g of gold is only $150 max. With the cost of the acids and the time and all the tools to do the seporation, how does one make money at this, because it costs more to get the gold than what you get back.
