Thank you so much for this Basic tutorial on the 9000C-SMS, I have found several tutorials on the 9000C-FMS and not many that were helpful until now for the 9000C-SMS which is what I have. I would love to see a more tutorials on the 9000C-SMS especially on Programming Sewings Patterns. ABC Sewing Machine Inc. has many tutorials for the 9000C-FMS but none for the SMS. I am definitely going like and subscribe to hopefully see more videos like this one.

Thank you for the video on the sms. There are very few out there. I’m very interested to learn how to use the memory function. The users manual is not very helpful. I switch between a 3.5 to 4.5 stitch length frequently. There has got to be an easier way to do this! I currently push the plus signs each time. I feel like this could be a memory function.

HI , I not sure if the SMS has the same function as the FMS with the one touch change over button. their are 2 black buttons need the needle, one is reverse and one might be the quick change function. when you hit it it will change over some setting of the machine. It should Highlight them on the screen. if it does change the stitch length to the other size you need. test it out and let me know, i dont have a machine here currently to test

If you hold the M key you can change the memory switch (settings) find J-05 and change it to "0"
