- WHAT I EAT IN A DAY| Hey guys! I'm sharing what my dog and I eat in day. I feed my dog human food so I'll share what he eats in a day as well.
I'm on a weight gain journey so high protein meals are pretty strong since I'm trying to tone and build muscle... I can't afford to lose weight lol.

This video has opened my eyes. I always figured it was too cumbersome to eat healthier and make better snack options. The message I realized was to simply “slow down”. I must slow down instead of doing things “right quick”. Mostly eating right quick.
It’s easy to take my time preparing dinner. However, snacks are consumed right quick. I’m in no real hurry, just hurrying through. The way you also slowly and intentionally prepared Ziggy’s meal was special.
There’s no reason why I can’t slow down and be more intentional with my well being.

Awe! I'm glad you got something from this. I love how you were talking about slowing down. Thats one of the reasons I'm so inconsistent on here, lol. I stepped back and stopped trying to cram everything + recording all in 1 day. Snacks don't stand a chance in the house lol, that I definitely agree with.

There are days I just stay out of the kitchen. I keep Ramen noodles in the pantry for days like those lol. My dog will eat out of the trash any opportunity he gets! Lol. I don't think he knows we spoil him.

😂 I could eat plantains with every meal! I started making his his food at 6months but we'll see how long I could keep this up lol.

Ziggy is definitely boujee!! I would make food for my dog but the menu wasn’t created by a nutritionist. He is well taken care of.
Lol! He surely doesn't act like it though. Ans It's time consuming isnt it?? I was making meals too but then I was worrying that I wasn't adding the right things. He doesn't do well with grains 😬

Hey Kathleen! Ackee is a Jamaican fruit...i consider it a staple in any Jamaican home lol. I have no idea how to describe the texture though, the only thing i can think of is butter lol.

I was excited about this video because of our similarities, but my pup's vet told me to be careful with too much fat.
How old is your pup? I think I'm suppose to decrease in his food once he's 1.
