Catching cheater videos have grossly over emphasized cheating in airsoft. For the vast majority of fields that have been around for more than 5 years, cheating is a non factor since no one wants to be caught cheating on film and banned from all the fields in the area. More often than not I see people "calling out" cheaters when they clearly are not hitting them (example: guy with stock AEG running 350FPS claiming he hit a guy at 60 yards. Sure buddy) Honestly claiming hits that didn't happen is just as bad as not calling your own hits.

They didnt overlay it they just used green gas it's a gas/propane mix that makes it sound realistic

i think sniper with airsoft wouldn't work too well because it would require a lot of power, and the pellets are round, making them less accurate, and plastic, making them have less weight and more susceptible to air drag. So pretty much snipers wouldn't be accurate past the average airsoft range and wouldn't go much farther either because the pellets are too light
FENG DOOZY Actually snipers in Airsoft do work well because they are accurate aswell as bolt action, even in windy conditions they work great!
Actually, Node LITERALLY has an episode where they shoot a balloon holding them hostage with an airsoft sniper and they all complain about the pellets wavering and steering off target. You even see the pellets curve in the footage. I think it's called airsoft sniper hostage rescue or something like that.
