Looked like one of those deceptively filling pasta dishes Deano. Great area to chill and the food looked spot on.
I do like a good Italian on holiday as we don't tend to have any decent Italian restaurants nearby.

Loft hostels in lloret are the best and cheapest way to stay mate they are really good and clean, there's 2 of them they are great 🎉🎉🎉

That’s not Carbonara, that hard cheese stuff instead of Parmesan. Food less than 5 mins oh I’m not sure tbh.

That pasta looks lovely, but it isn't carbonara. A true carbonara is simply spaghetti, an egg and then egg yolks, pancetta and parmesan.. Have a go at making it at home
I think the sauce was Carbonara but over tortellini,it had the pancetta.

I didn't get the vibes of a proper Italian restaurant at all, given the pot of supermarket cheese powder 🤣 the pasta didn't look authentic to me either. It looked to my eyes like you could replicate that with bacon, double cream and spinach. No description on the menu either. I would be interested to know if that tortellini was home made, and I'd also be interested to know if any Italians went there.
Not to harp on but that dry cheese powder at the table is an absolute travesty. If Deano enjoyed it though that's the main thing!

That was pasta tortellini.,which is a stuffed pasta.
Carbonara is referring to the sauce itself.
@@thaisstone5192 yes I realized that is the name of the sauce,and as I said it did come with a pasta,but not the usual pasta linguine,or spaghetti.
