In today's vlog we are accompanying my daughter on her much yearned-for shopping day. After a delicious breakfast in the restaurant at Hotel Bluesea Montevista Hawai, Lloret de Mar, we head out on foot. We discover a big supermarket really close to the hotel and have a good look around that. Later we head into town and browse the many gift shops there. We are stunned by the astonishing beauty of the Sant Roma church, although we don't get to go in it in this vlog - we do later in the week though!
We have a delicious cake and coffee in a little café just opposite the church and on our walk back, we happen upon a Chinese bazaar.
We enjoy yet another tasty lunch at the hotel restaurant and I'll be continuing the rest of the day in the next vlog.

Evening Imo..as for not noticing the large supermarket till you'd spent at the smaller 'outfits'..it's good to support the smaller businesses..😉👍.. you've done your bit..x and as for the salad spinner..I would unwrap it and pack it with small items.. therefore it's not taking up any space at all..😉

Mmm. 85c a can for premium brands? Maybe? I know it was cheaper to buy beer than Coca-Cola! 😂 I hope you have a lovely stay. I think half board’s the best of both worlds.

Yup - ecoli. It’s in tiny amounts of animal poo and salad is notorious for harbouring it from where it was growing in the field. Izzy nearly died of ecoli once. Was on dialysis in Bristol Childrens Hospital. That particular strain caused acute kidney failure. They never could trace how she caught it but she was one of these kids that would put everything in her mouth that she shouldn’t so it was probably that?
