Hello, can we use a coconut flour instead of all purpose flour? Thanks
I'd say try it but probably not, coconut flour doesn't contain gluten so you won't get the doughy stretch that you need for rolling.

So easy. Can you do the same with wholemeal flour or will it not work as well?
You can but it won't be as soft you'll need to rest it to help soften the dough
Or you can buy white chapati flour that should work?
Was that plain or self raising flour?

No one cares. Where I am from this is just plain roti and actually paratha is something with coconut, just enjoy the recipe instead of feeling the need to be snide.

This is not Roti, this is a bastard child of roti and parantha, ruining both. Also, lackluster technique.

Nonsense. Roti needs that kind of oil for flavour and texture. Don't like it either don't make it or use less oil! You think frying flour is healthy? Crazy
