- 76 Hours Timelapse of the total clicks count from Global Clicker 2 (RIP) and Global Clicker 1 (Original - RIP).
Back in 2020, the social media statistics community found something cool: a global clicker, that, with the help of many users, could get it's count to the millions, and even billions if we tried enough. Soon, we grew the original Global Clicker to the millions, but then we decided that it would be even better if we made a "Clickers Battle", and on October 2, 2020, Global Clicker 2 was released.
UPDATE: As of November 30, 2022, the original Global Clicker has been taken down, with no plans of being brought back up by its hoster, MrCode. The project was hosted on Heroku's free hosting plan which ended on November 28, 2022 due to abuse of their systems, causing the project to be taken down. Backend backups have been made by the hosters of Global Clicker 2 at the time the project was still running, but it's unknown if anyone is planning to bring the project back up. Global Clicker, at the time it was taken down, had 1.698.048.916 clicks registered (Source: @sfmg).

I hope the new content is permanent since it was 2½ years since you posted last time (only about 12½ months if I can count the TeamSeas stream)!
_Regarding Global Clicker 1_ it's now within 20 million gap against the UNIX Timestamp, even though it was down for about 2 or 3 weeks giving an Heroku (or the name of the provider) error, and it's set to reach 2 billion clicks around the time 2023 starts but I'm not sure since it *crashed multiple times* while close to 1 billion (it had to reach the billion twice since every crash deleted some clicks) because it was growing faster than Sonic the Hedgehog!
Ironically the GC website works on my Wii U browser which makes it easier to track and "click"!
Anyway if you wanna see MrBeast passing PewDiePie... You're late now since it happened (but not on the API).
