7 time all star. 2 time mvp. Being in the HOF should not just be about wins, strikeouts, homeruns, and hits. I live in Indiana, but growing up, Dale Murphy was my guy I followed and of many of my friends. We wanted to be like him. He played the game with respect. I would never want to idolize just about ANY of today's baseball players. Murphy should be in long before some of the players that have gone in over the last few years.
