    Negative symptoms are due to decrease in GLUTAMATE and 5HT1 is an autoreceptor not 5HT2. Also, psychosis is due to Dopamine and Serotonin increase so we give neuroleptic and 5HT2 antagonists.

      Serotonin is the key hormone that stabilizes our mood, feelings of well-being, and happiness. Decrease in 5ht causes depression
