the man got it spot on, applying the herbs and spices when the meat is about 90% done. Otherwise the herbs & spices will burn and get bitter..bravo

I haven’t tried a lamb meat before,but the way he prepared & cooked it, I got hungry that I can eat a horse, lamb,sheep,dog, goat or a rabbit.

I set up a micro oven ( bottom base ) motor, it's a low gear but able to handle the weight of the meat, save the energy to manually turning this whole lamb which is about 5 +hrs ..
looks yummy ;)
