Don’t even think about positions with advertised potentials income of $250k plus unless your qualifications are recognised by Australia and you have a minimum 10 years work Experience within Australia or one of the western countries. Keeping everything real and honest.
That's not entirely true, whilst the extra hard work at the start is an inevitable fact but $120K salary is very achievable and does not require 5-10 years of local experience.
It all depends on how good your english language is and what skills you bring to the table.
Your income is heavily dependent on your competition and skills scarcity, If you are a heart surgeon your salary would be different to a painter
