  • This is my opinion of the Grill Daddy Corner Cleaner Grill Brush that I got for Christmas. I used it to clean my old gas grill and it worked good. I haven't tried it on my charcoal grill yet. I think it's a pretty good grill cleaning wire brush.

You can push water on the grill and clean with a regular grillbrush too

Well, my daughter bought me one of these for fathers day and to be honest I was going to return it because it looks like a scam product but I see all these videos favoring it. Most look like they were fake posts but this video here looks like a real opinion from a regular customer so i'm going to give it a try and if it doesn't work (or if it does) I'll be back to followup for everyone. I'm so hoping i'm not being scammed here right now ....

You never used the regular brush for comparison, so why the hell did you show it to us? My friend gave me one of these and it sucks.

It is indeed a good tool, but I have came across with other perfect useful gadget on www.optimalgrillbrush.com . That is spiral brush with brass wires, I think it comparatively much better, cheaper and reliable option. The other best way to keep your BBQ grill clean is to give your barbecue some protection from the elements it's a good idea to cover it with a plastic sheet.

You people are being scammed. If you dip steel wool in water... it will do an even BETTER job than the Grill Daddy. The idea of steam cleaning a grill is ridiculous. With the fire turned on and grates preheated, any water that touches it will be hotter than the steam generated by the Grill Daddy. Also, the idea of using water to clean metal is that when you heat metal, it expands. If you rapid cool it with water, the deposits on the metal would come loose as the metal shrinks from rapid temperature change. THAT is the secret in cleaning grills with water--not steam.
If you don't have steel wool, try it with a wet cloth or paper towel. It will work nearly the same except the paper won't hold up as long. So preheat the grill to 350-550 degrees, then just slap steel wool, cloth or paper towel soaked in water on the grates and watch the magic happen. Just from your video, I can tell you this method is at least 20x faster than the Grill Daddy as you can see, your Grill Daddy is basically just dripping water on the grill. Don't be scammed in thinking the steam is what is cleaning the grill.
