Actor that plays Niles is from Arkansas and actor that plays mr Sheffield is from England and also belongs to british nobility.
After watching this scene I’ve begun to change my my mind about Fran. Fran was a right cow.. I’m beginning to wonder why the hell Maxwell fell in love with her. All she did was insult and belittle him.
Have you never watched this show before lol, he teased her as well and threw funny jabs at her. Everyone on the show threw little insults at each other. The only two that had mean intent about it were Niles and CC.
