What I find amazing is the patient was NOT put under GENERAL !! I feel the results are remarkable due to the extensive sagging!! I have read the mini such as this does not address cheek volume - not certain what type was used on this patient, but I think it looks incredible. The neck looks good, as well. Taking into consideration THE AMOUNT of creasing, wrinkling, volume loss, etc. I have read there could be some nerve damage tho, with this type of procedure. There is a bit of a frozen appearance while she is talking. But all in all FIVE STARS!!! Took years off -- hope she is NOW using a GREAT spf cover. :)
doctor i had mini and following 4 years later with smash facelift but my cheek still sagging so total i had 3 times already ...would that be possible to fix with you. the last one i had was on 2017

She looks amazing in the photos - blew me away - however while she is on tape talking - you can see the neck cords and creases and lines and wrinkles in the neck - the photo it looks tight and smooth and while she is here on tape - the neck looks horrible and not fixed to my liking. Because of that, I'm very suspect here. He neglected the internal cords it seems. The whole point is to not see them while movement and talking occur. Not sold.
Here is this chick again acting like she is the authority. Wow, she just can't get enough of herself. Avis, again why don't you let us know where you received your MD, FACS, because you obviously know exact procedures and terms...NOT. BTW, they're not called cords, but since you're so knowledgeable, go figure it out!

I think it must be quite difficult for TRULY gifted surgeons to differentiate themselves from the hacks in this scene. I'm a writer and was thinking of writing a "manifesto" of sorts for top plastic surgeons to weigh in on. I would be attempting to describe terminology and aesthetics in simple terms for the public.

No you don't have a wonderful neck - while you are here talking on film - you can see huge cords and wrinkles and creases - the photos are shopped - Face looks amazing but neck he did not fix and that is the number one concern for many - fix neck to match face. I found a man in NY and his subject on film while talking look amazing in the neck area. You almost sold me by the photos but after viewing her neck here on film - bate and switch.
I'm a graphic designer and I think the photos have been smoothed out with some type of digital editing software. It's clearly much different in the photos than in the video.
you should only look for improvement instead of perfection. Thats what leads to plastic surgery nightmares.
I have to agree with Avis. I was interested in this procedure not so much for the facelift but for the neck lift. I'm 58 years old and I don't have a lot of loose skin but enough to where it's starting to bother me. I too was almost sold until I saw this lady talking. Her face looks excellent but her neck looks nothing like the pictures. Why the discrepancy?
