How to Auto Login Windows 11 Without Password or PIN

- In this video, I show you how to set up automatic login in Windows 11 so that you don't have to enter your password or PIN when you start your computer. This will allow your computer to skip the login screen and boot directly into the Windows desktop screen automatically.
An auto-login is a phrase that allows Windows to automatically sign you in to your user account using your password without manual entry each time you start your computer. You can set up auto-login for only one user account per Windows.
Before setting up auto login you will first need to set "DevicePasswordLessBuildVersion" to "0" in the registry. Then you can launch the "netplwiz" window, uncheck "Users must enter a username and password to use this computer", and provide your account password. Windows 11 will sign you in automatically.

I may be sending my computer in for repairs. How can I UNDO the auto login? Is it this which is referred to @ 02:42? Is it just a case of ticking the box (as at 02:03), or would I have to go back to the Registry and undo the entire procedure? Please advise.
you have to use your main PC password, (microsoft account) not the passkey or pin.
It works when you shut down the pc but when I put the pc to sleep and turn it back on it asks for a password and then makes me setup a pin each time
go to accounts > sign in options .. then in the additional setting section go to second option and make it never
when I get to windows NT\current version there isn't any Passwordless in that area.
It created a new user and it shows that inncorrect password help mee

@@puff129 i fixed by , after unchecking, and putting my password to make it so i dont have to put it in next time. i go to setting and remove my password by leaving new password box empty
Had the same problem, the 2nd method worked for me:
Type netplwiz in the Start menu search box, and press Enter key.
After the User Accounts panel opens, if you see two same user names in the list, remove one of them. Just select one of them and click on Remove.
Restart
2nd method:
Win + R keys, then type netplwiz and hit Enter.
Once the User Accounts panel opens, check “Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer” and click on Apply followed by OK.
Restart Windows and now the issue should be solved.

Doesn't work for me. Keeps asking for password every time
Same here, I tried this a month ago and even now, unchecked the box at netplwiz, still didn't change log in screen needing password.
I followed your CZcams video. I still have to use my pin plus I have TWO user names ( they are both the same name) The second user name asks for a password instead of a pin. Know what?

When I do this there is no box to uncheck, the rest is there but that option and box is just not there. Very frustrating.
the box will appear if you restart your pc as per last step in the video
How hard is it to follow ALL the steps in a tutorial? "Oh, I probably don't have to do this step, I can probably just skip it. Oh, it didn't work. I wonder why." Absolute genius. It's a 3 minute video, just watch it, god damn.
@@Seffyzero I did follow all of the steps. I did not leave any out. I restarted and it did not show up. Its insane to think that someone failed to follow the steps and then leave a comment saying it did not work. I ended up re-installing.
