Why do people feel the need to risk their own life just to recover a corpse?? Have a celebration of life next to the dive hole or something. It’s not worth it.

This cave above ground is almost unnoticeable. It was discovered when the farmer's cow got stuck in a small hole. Only when people started digging around the cave was discovered. It's scary to think what's beneath your home.

Dave discovered Deon’s body in October 2004 and died in January 2005 while trying to recover the body, not 2002.

And thats why in cases like this its best to just let there death site also be their burial site. I understand it was his friend,and thats why you cabt let emotions factor in to decisions like this. The other divers should have talked him out of it. It was just to damned dangerous. Now 2 lives are gone and almost a 3rd instead of just 1. RIP men.
