White ink circulation cost??
I heard white ink circulation system has issues like color mixing. Is White ink stirrer system better?
I dont prefe using white ink circulation systems. Today or tomorrow it will create issues. Even vacuums .

Hello sir. My ink is not charging to my new baffles. It sounds like it is charging but ink will not travel to baffles. I pulled ink through the lines and they are not clogged. I am wondering if there is something wrong with the pump. Any thoughts please? Thank you !
Capping station is faulty then. Check with local engineer. Also check waste ink path is not clogged
Hi there. I was hoping you could assist me with my epson l1800 dtf printer . I would print 1 - 3 prints perfectly fine. Then the l1800 printer would print white which is not solid and faded. If you look closer it will be white lines and not solid making the white print faded. Please do you have a solution?
This is mostly head issue. Its not completely open. Also try changing dampers. If you have metal mesh damper plz use it.
Ink quality matters a lot.
When I start my printer, the printer moves & then stops after it makes a loud noise & the ink & paper lights flash. I reset the ink waste counter. Do you have any idea what it might be?

I put it back together and tried to print it out, but it came out as white paper.

Check head cable
Do ink charge once ( initial ink charge )
Sir I have done head floush and the head is open but after first printing the white ink stop coming out
Charge ink again with resetter tool
Also make sure waste ink is coming out properly
Should I keep on press head cleaning everyday before I start printing?
It’s always better to keep head clean before u begin with print.

How do u remove the white outline on the image?
In color settings ( white ) you will find option in the bottom.
what you do if there is lines while printing?
Reasons can be clogged head or dust around head cap.

Sir head clogged hai to chances hote hai iss tareekese nikal sakte ho. If it is blockedthen its difficult.
Outer layer lo solution me 2 din rakhke dekhiye. Bohot bar head open ho jata hai

We do not convert 805 to DTF sir, Cant suggest or comment as we wont be able to provide support for 805

how many a4 sheets can print epson L805?
Sir, we do not use 805 printer for DTF. So no idea or we cant answer your question with confidence.

Actually we did it to test software on L805. People use it for sublimation lanyard roll printing.

I would recommend not to use small DTF A4 printers.
805 already discontinued long back . Better go with any 12 inch printer . Atleast A3

I would suggest not to get into this business if from the beginning you are thinking of keeping printer ideal for 6 days. Better option you can outsource stickers . Once you are sure with volume of orders u are getting you should start in-house printing.
