Back in the late 70'sand early 80's I used Stan Gibbs Darters .I bought a new Giibbs Darter and it wouldn't swim right kept trying to tweek it ..I realized they changed from three trebles to two ..couldn't get it to work.I switched to Super Strike and loved them.I mailmen fished The Breachways in R.I.Great video love the drone action.

You can fish a darter whenever as long as its deep enough but the ideal conditions are a side to side sweeping current. I also like the larger darters like the Northbar Montauk for rough water or storm conditions
Hard to get some of the vintage plugs to swim them but we'll try! We can also try and get a different type of nike plug if thats the one you are looking for
Mag darter and Nomad are NOT darters!!! They should not be included in a video about darters. You are desecrating the glory of the darter by talking about them in the same breath as these meager swimmers
Love these demos that show how the artificial’s actually preform in the water. Have to add more darters to my arsenal.
You guys should next time include the tactical angler darter for its one of the classic darters

Those old Gibbs darters were great! The new ones are a little different if you fished a lot of the classic three hook versions. Thanks for sharing!

There are! A great one to look at is the tactical anglers jr darter
Have never caught a fish on a darter .. and i've tried .. no faith .. yet others swear by them Just not my experience
