- Social media users and political commentators have reacted to the "cringeworthy" interview between TV host Drew Barrymore and Vice President Kamala Harris.
The interview for 'The Drew Barrymore Show' on Monday was mocked online with one moment between the pair going viral.
"I’ve been thinking that we really all need a tremendous hug in the world right now, but in our country, we need you to be Mamala of the country," Barrymore said.
"Yeah," Harris responded, laughing.
Harris' laugh was also a hot topic on the episode after the VP's critics on multiple occasions have called her out for laughing in response to serious questions about the border crisis.
Sky News host Rita Panahi, Fox News host Jesse Watters and the host of the Megyn Kelly Show Megyn Kelly reacted to the CBS interview, all agreeing it's another bad look for the Biden administration.
Even Kamala looked like she was cringing when Drew said “Mamala” - that was so awkward and disingenuous…what drugs are these people on…? edit - Drew needs to take a refresher course on personal space etiquette.
