Poor Rob, the energy in that room was driving him nuts. He was saying the most wild things, in reaction to all the craziness around him. It's amazing that he came out of Twilight in one piece. So many other overnight successes acted out, got busted with drugs or drove their car into a tree or created some huge scandal. But while Rob seems silly and funny, he was the most stable, mature one of the bunch.

I don't recall Rob ever being at an event like this with KS. With 10,000 screaming women. I don't think she calmed him at all, she was always about herself, she paid no attention to him at all when they were doing promo. There's that famous clip from ComicCon where he was trying to give a serious answer and she was sitting right next to him having a loud conversation with Ashley and he had to stop what he was saying and tell her to shut up. That doesn't seem calming, in fact, it's the opposite. And of course her cheating on him in public wasn't calming, either. He always deserved better and he's so much better off without her now.
God. These fans need to learn how to be respectful. If they were true fans they wouldn't be screaming bloody murder each and every time they talked, even if they were excited to see them.
