I absolutely love it when actors and big celebrities do something like this. It really is endearing to see how much they care about their fans and want to see their fans happy. I don't think they truly understand how much it means to the fans when actors/celebrities reach out personally to them. It warms my heart to see someone's year made like this and I'm extremely happy for those lucky individuals! :) I still can get over Rob's reaction: "Oh God, they have a dog."

I don't think Movie Stars do this enough - they are Idolized by the Public and it's so appreciated when they take time to meet with Ordinary People. Once they're Famous, they seem to lose touch with the Man on the Street. Such a Shame.
