I haven't been this hyped for an In Flames release in I couldn't tell you how long. But every single they've released has ripped. Between this and the news Mesuggah is remastering ObZen I feel like I'm 15 years younger.
As for the play through, you killed it nephew. Look forward to more melodeath. Maybe some Soilwork or Dark Tranquility, or hell some At The Gates.
I appreciate this! I dont think weve ever talked about In Flames now that Im thinking about it. but yeah I can tell they aren't playing around with this album. And I have been wanting to do Soilwork for awhile. Sonically, I cant even explain why I like Soilwork, but something about their music gives me goosebumps listening to it. EDIT: Also had no idea ObZen was getting remastered! This is absolutely crazy and I have definitely got to check that out!

There was a period of time in the early 2000's that In Flames, Soilwork and Opeth all competed for top of my playlist. The singles from this album hit that nostalgia so hard.
And yeah there's just something about Soilwork's pace that just gets the blood pumping and the choruses hit you just like a brick to the face. I understand the goosebumps 100%.
This was a Great cover man! Those double bass parts explode when they come around.. I have heard this song 1 time since they released it. I think its a Nice balance of older In Flames and the more modern In Flames.. I also like how Anders incorporated his Guttural Growl to this track..💀🤘

It's probably not easy to put that much into it and not monetise yet but that will come hopefully, the classic struggles of an up and coming youtuber 😜

Its definitely something I've though about. I need to do my homework on it and see how the platform works, how is DMCA in regards to music, copyright etc. I also need to learn how to best do audio engineering in a live setting based on my equipment and setup. And then I need a really good webcam. So if I do this it would be quite sometime before I could make anything like this happen, but I will start trying to learn more about it in the future.

Let's Goooo 🤘!! Yet another band I have not gotten into yet. The chorus always turns me off on this band and I never listen to them. I know they have a big following and also a big influence in metal today I just never got around to listening to them. I remember in high school there was a guy I sat next to you in one of my classes that liked in flames a lot and I didn't understand it. I was in to old school Disturbed, life of agony, Linkin Park, Metallica, Megadeth, tool, a perfect circle. Music like that. In flames was just too different for me.
i was a little bit like that too at first, but i gave them more of a listen and really started to appreciate the sonic palate that they were offering. and that in turn got me listening to bands like Soilwork, which i really enjoy too
