Fun fact a lot of people watching may not know: The role in Under Siege 2 that Heigl got was originally written specifically for Jenny McCarthy. But, according to McCarthy, when she came in to actually read for the role Seagal implied she'd have to sleep with him to get it. She took exception to that and stormed out, leaving the producers to find someone else. That someone eventually being Heigl.
So, yeah, Seagal later propositioning and then semi-groping Heigl... not a massive shock.

Just the camera angle in all likelihood and there was probably no contact as she was genuinely surprised at the photo and given the quote she'd remembered, I don't think she'd have forgotten him touching her like that. Because not all women have to act like victims when stuff like this happens. It literally happens to every girl. It's unfortunate, but most learn to simply live with it and not think much about it.
ao el - it makes ya wonder if this isn’t mere SLANDER of Seagal, because it is pretty common for young actors/actresses to deal with rape/molestation, not mention a high majority of the celebrities engaging in it-and the fact that Seagal didn’t even like working in Hollywood when he was hot and was so expressively blunt about conspiracies in his Arsenio Hall interviews.

I am pretty sure they cleared it with her before-hand that they were going to discuss Steven Seagall which they usually do in case the actor or actress is not comfortable. Also the shows are pre-recorded, cut and edited, if I am not mistaken, before being aired. She more than likely said ok to the interview. I don't think the laughter was meant to denigrate the experience of victims of sexual assualt or harrassment. I think the show served up a great example of someone with very very bad behavior hiding in plain sight. It also high-lighted the seriousness of the someone like this walking around doing whatever he wanted to with women and young girls and just how ridiculous he looks being inappropriate with a teenage girl as proof to what other women and some of honest or "standup men" in hollywood have hinted at over the years. What an embarrassment he is too himself, the arts and the people who once regarded him as a friend... such a shame... Oh how the mighty hath fallen!
