I’m so excited for Christmas this year. I was so depressed. We had a garage fire in August last year and had no Christmas anything. Plus with lockdown. And with everything that was going on in America last year at this time..I struggled to get out of bed. I’m beyond excited for it this year.
When I was growing up,we didn’t have a lot of money and my parents saved all the funnies from the Sunday paper through the year and wrap our presents.

I've been using brown craft paper for xmas wrapping for years. It's organic and one can decorate it to the hilt, because of the plain background.

Love L'Occitane products and that store, it looks amazing the biggest I've ever seen, their sustainability etho is great however why oh why do they continue to sell to China where they are not cruelty free. L'Occitane pay for this testing in order to continue having their merchandise on the shelves, I just think they should be reconsidering that.

This year we will not be doing a tree. Our new Czech German Shepard has a very strong play drive and I can see the Christmas tree getting distroyed. Trying to come up with ideas on how to make the home festive but puppy safe.

I am curious...you said you were meeting up with Lucy and Will....is this the same Lucy from "English with Lucy"??? If so she is absolutely wonderful. I really enjoy her. How I wish we had a Daylesford near us. We have Thanksgiving in 3 weeks here in the US and I already have Christmas fever! On Tuesday we experienced light snow flurries. Thankfully none stayed on the ground. I also have started my Christmas shopping and will be purchasing a Christmas gift for myself from L'Occitane. Love their products.
