The early fortifications on Plymouth Hoe looked absolutely supreme this afternoon in the early afternoon sunlight; they are truly magnificent and epic in proportion. It’s a shame they are unrecognised by the city as an entity & regarded as insignificant and probably only fit for ice cream parlour or a coffee bar.
