I think my favorite Sona bit is the bit where Sona and her lady friends want to go to the "Magic Mike" premier and Conan offers to take them and join their girls night. Absolute hilarity!
Is it sheer luck that Conan and his employees have this amazing chemistry? I also think Conan and team are entertainment geniuses that can find angles to highlight this chemistry.

I love how Conan makes the people who work for him into household names in their own right. Sona, Jordan, Aaron Blayeart, Matt Kramer, David Hopping are all recognizable names now thanks to this show. In a way Conan is setting them up to have continued success in show biz if they ever move on from working for him.

So many amazing moments but, for me, the highlight was definitely when she filled in for Kumail Nanjiani. It was absolutely seamless and probably funnier than if he had shown up.
Pretty sure Sona really is the best assistant not because she’s good at her job but because her honesty keeps Conan grounded while she also entertains his stupidity 😂

You kind of fall in love with her in that Conan O'Brien Can't Stop doc . When she sheds that tear at the end, wipes it quickly and keeps moving with the next task, it was actually as beautiful and affecting for me as the final scenes in some of my favorite dramatic movies.

This is my new favorite Conan clip. I cannot even explain why, except that their working relationship is portrayed like a 7+ married couple that does not sleep together. Not implying that they have a relationship outside of work, only that their relationship is close + beautiful and at the same time: the fact that they never slept together is part of its defining characteristic. I.E. Very wholesome & hilarious.
