Aliexpress and Fuzz Factory in the same title? LOL K. XD ... I've tried a BYOP fuzz from Ali ... I also own a FF RAW ... the ali express fuzz just disintegrated. The RAW is happy and healthy!
I just got the blue one with the lucky cat. Do you know if there's any difference between the pedals or is it just a paint job? Like is one of them germanium and one is silicon?
I assumed they're just different paintjobs but I don't really know. somebody in the comments mentioned that there's also a version with different colored pcb und different looking transistors
Hi, I got it from "XIAO PROTONE PEDALS CUSTOM SHOP Store". and If I look through the little window, yes the PCB is purple. I did not even realize there were different versions
@@kracked5744 I ordered it few days ago from the same seller (but I took blue sparkle fuzz machine). I noticed that some clones had green pcb and differently shaped transistors so I think there are different versions from different manufacturers... great playing and great tones. what amp are you using? how do you feel about it after few days? mine will be here in three weeks I guess :D
@@JJ-ve6jf Interesting, I wonder if those sound different. and thanks, I didn't get to play around with it a ton yet but I really like it so far. I don't have a comparison to an original FF, but I find it easy to get good tones out of and it does the craziness that you would expect. maybe I'll make another video where I show more different settings. I'm using a marshall JTM 45 (with the volume knob barely up at all since it's at home lol) it also took only 9 days for mine to arrive
